Fang Xiaocao : Beat Them Up!

Chapter 78: Fang Xiaocao : Beat Them Up!

After Wan Xiaozhou left, Fang Xiaocao fixed her gaze on the dimly lit forest ahead.

She didn’t know if the enemy was still there, but that was the only direction they could have gone. She could only hope that Wan Xiaozhou and Aquarius could defeat them.

The biggest drawback of hypnosis was fully exposed at this moment—if she couldn’t face her enemy directly, she was practically useless in battle.

“Bang! Bang! Bang!”

Gunfire erupted in the forest, deafeningly loud.

Hearing it, Fang Xiaocao knew that Aquarius was engaging the enemy.

After the gunshots faded, shouting and the sounds of combat followed.

Her heart stirred. She crouched down and silently moved toward the source of the noise.

With the sound as her guide, she was no longer blind.

As long as she got close enough to see the enemy, she would have the chance to use her hypnosis.

“Don’t move, wait for me to come back.”

She left a quick command to Zhi Qi and the others in the tent, then sprinted into the forest without looking back.

The fighting continued, but there were no more gunshots.

Aquarius still had five bullets in her gun, yet she hadn’t fired again.

Fang Xiaocao quickly analyzed the situation in her mind—most likely, Wan Xiaozhou had engaged in close combat, and Aquarius was afraid of accidentally shooting her, so she refrained from pulling the trigger.

As the battle noises grew closer, she slowed her steps, carefully concealing her presence.

She parted the tall grass slightly, and the figures of Wan Xiaozhou, Aquarius, and their enemies came into view.

There were three opponents—two men and one woman. One man and the woman were fighting against Wan Xiaozhou and Aquarius.

The other man stood off to the side, arms folded, coldly watching the battle.

Seeing this, Fang Xiaocao narrowed her eyes.

Clearly, this man was their leader.

She sneered to herself and muttered, “You’ll be my first target.”

Raising her crude pistol, she took aim at the man and stepped out from the shadows.

“Hey! Look at me!”

She whistled at the man.

He turned his head in surprise, locking eyes with her gun’s dark muzzle.

For a split second, he froze—then his body blurred as he tried to dodge.

Fang Xiaocao arched an eyebrow. Without hesitation, she pulled the trigger.

“Bang!”

The gunshot rang out like thunder.

The man stiffened, paralyzed in place.

The others stopped fighting at the sound, all turning toward her.

The bullet had landed at the man’s feet. He gulped, suddenly not daring to move, afraid she would shoot again.

“Don’t move!” Fang Xiaocao smirked. “Or the next shot goes into your head.”

“Alright, alright, I won’t move.” The man raised his hands in surrender.

“Hands on your head. Squat down.”

He obeyed without resistance.

“You two—don’t move either! Try anything, and I’ll kill him.”

She aimed her gun at the other two.

“You heard her! Don’t do anything stupid!” the man squatting on the ground warned his teammates.

The remaining man and woman exchanged glances before hesitantly raising their hands.

“Aquarius, tie them up.”

“Yes!” Aquarius nodded and stepped forward.

She kicked the leader onto his back, then planted her foot firmly on his chest, glaring down at him.

The man scowled but didn’t resist, clearly concerned for his boss.

Aquarius smirked and pulled out a few custom zip ties, securing the man’s wrists together.

Then, she did the same with his ankles. Only after ensuring the man was fully restrained did she step back.

She tossed two zip ties to Wan Xiaozhou.

Wan Xiaozhou nodded, understanding, and walked toward the others.

Following Aquarius’s example, she quickly tied up the woman’s hands and feet.

“Do we really have to tie me up?” the leader asked, forcing a grin. “These things hurt, you know…”

“Be quiet.” Wan Xiaozhou snapped.

“Come on, sis, I’m being very cooperative—”

Before he could finish, Wan Xiaozhou’s boot slammed into his face.

“Ow!”

He yelped and collapsed sideways, a fresh shoe print imprinted on his cheek.

She grinned mischievously and stomped on him again—specifically targeting his face.

“Pfft—”

Fang Xiaocao nearly burst out laughing.

Wan Xiaozhou was something else—most people avoided hitting the face, but she went for it exclusively.

“Bastard! Stop hitting him!”

“If you want to hit someone, hit me! Leave our young master alone!”

The other two, despite being tied up, struggled desperately to protect their leader.

Seeing this, Aquarius sneered and grabbed their legs, effortlessly dragging them back.

“Damn it! Let go!”

They glared at Fang Xiaocao furiously, shouting.

She rolled her eyes and pointed at them.

“Beat them up.”

“Yes, ma’am!”

Aquarius grinned and immediately complied.

Her foot swung out and landed hard in the man’s stomach.

“Ugh…”

The man curled up in pain, gasping.

Aquarius wasn’t holding back—her kick alone could easily break ribs.

“Cough…”

Blood dribbled from the man’s lips.

Seeing her move toward the woman, Fang Xiaocao suddenly raised a hand.

“Wait.”

Aquarius paused, looking at her.

She turned to the so-called “master,” her lips curling into a playful smile.

“I’ll give you one chance. Ready to talk?”
