“Seems I came at a bad time.”
Xiao Jingxi stood at the study door, dark waves surging in his eyes, though his face still carried a faint smile, “Do I need to excuse myself?”
Behind him, Xu Shuangrong peeked out, and when she saw the scene inside, she covered her eyes, “Aiya, what’s going on here…”
What she saw: The man was pinned down on the sofa, tie loose, shirt collar undone, revealing pale, tempting skin and faint traces of muscle. His messy hair barely shaded his eyes, but couldn’t hide the flush on his cheeks.
The girl was straddling his lean waist. His long fingers tried pushing her away, but she didn’t budge. His slender legs, trapped beneath her, struggled briefly before giving up.

He turned his head to the side, lashes trembling, “Tonight… is that okay?”
“Okay my ass! Eat it now!!”
Xie Mi shattered the ambiguous atmosphere with a shout, relentlessly shoving cookies toward Shen Yanqing’s mouth, “Still acting shy, huh? Try me again!”

Shen Yanqing nodded earnestly.
Xie Mi cautiously held a cookie up to his mouth. He ate it.

“Then Teacher Xie’s mission is invalid, and she’s last! Teacher Xu, having guessed correctly, is now first!”
